How to Separate Tones in Audacity?

i just started using it, i want to take two tones from some audio i got off the internet. i want to take the gamma waves from this because it is overlayed with music that i dont like. after that im going to merge it with another file to get what i want. how the hell do i take these two tones away from the overlaying music?
