KeyScrambler 2.8.0.1 Issues?

I just installed the new version of the KeyScrambler on 2 computers, one is a Windows 7 and the other is Windows XP. On both computers, after about 2-3 minutes, the keyscrambler disappears. It's not in my task manager or as an overlay displaying the scrambled keys. Firefox claims it is still on when I check the add-ons, but it worries me that I can't see it. Is this a bug? Is anyone else having this problem?
