Broken metacarpals?!! Read description! PLEASE HELP.?

I punched a wall 2 days ago. And my hand/metacarpals are really swollen and sensitive when I touch the spot. Even when I take a shower and I let the water run on my hand, it kills. At times, I just want to cry. I can barely make a fist nor make my fingers straight. Could it be broken? Fractured? Someone said I might need to have them reset my finger.. What will they do? Should I go see a bone doctor? PLEASE HELP. I'm in a lot of pain.
