Do I need to go to the doctor again?

I got punched in the nose 6-7 months ago, I got an x-ray and the doctor said it was just swollen and it will heal over time. I got hurt in the nose mildly about 2 times in the past few months and it hurt more than it should have I think, my nose kind of hurt a little when I moved it around. Recently it started hurting a lot when I just rubbed my finger on it, I decided to wait a little. After 2-3 days the pain went away and now there is a red pimple. Will this pimple go away and is my nose fine? Do I need to visit the doctor again?
