Whats the value of sterling silver silverware?

I have a complete set of a WM A Rogers LImited Oneida Sterling Silver Silveware set. It says specifically there's an overlay of sterling silver. I also have the papers that came with it. One small piece with the serial # punched in it and stating the guarantee as well as a little pamphlet that you can issue the silver ware out to proving what it is and all the details in it. I've seen adds saying people would pay nearly $10,000 for a flawless silverware set (not being detailed to what kind) and people saying just $400-$500?. How much is this particular set worth and if you can post your references it will help.
