Dream-getting beat up- what does it mean?

Recently I have been having these dreams of being happily married with 2 kids in a lovely neighborhood but when my husband comes home from either work or the pub hes very brutal, hitting and punching me until i hit the floor and when I get up and look at myself in the mirror i see my face covered in blood? Then one of his mates walks in the door and sees me on the floor struggling to get up, he then punches my husband and rushes by my side, what does this all mean and why do you think i'm dreaming about it??? xx
